In May of 2025, VitalFlo was acquired by Doktorconnect to integrate proactive respiratory care solutions.

In January of 2025, Biospatial was purchased by ImageTrend, combining the incident data they collect with Biospatial’s intuitive and accessible platform to deploy powerful insights that drive community health and safety.
